Q. Being in a military town, we get asked all the time if Tricare covers chiropractic care?
A. Unfortunately, they DO NOT.

 

Q. Will my insurance cover massage?
A. In most cases, it does!  However, we would have to verify with your particular plan.

 

Q. Are there payment plans available if I can’t afford my copay each visit?
A. Yes there are and we can work on a case by case basis.

 

Q. Do you accept all insurances including Medicare and Medicaid? 
A. Yes, we do accept most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid.

 

Q. Can my insurance be verified prior to my appointment? 
A. Absolutely!! All we need is a copy of your driver’s license and insurance card (front and back) faxed to us at 910-347-0748 with your phone number and we can call you with your benefits prior to your appointment.

 

Q. When would I receive a statement in the mail? 
A. If you are a cash paying patient, on payment arrangements, or your insurance company doesn’t cover as we are quoted we would bill the difference to you.

 

Q. If I have Medicaid, will I need a Primary Care Doctor referral? 
A. Not necessarily, HOWEVER, it is in your best interest to get a referral just in case.
